White-label fund factsheets: any fund, your logo, your template
A white-label factsheet is a one-page fund summary that carries your firm's brand instead of the data provider's. With FundFacts API you save your template once (logo, colours, font, header, sections, contact line and disclaimer) and every sheet you make afterwards, for any fund or ETF by ISIN, comes out in it with no mention of FundFacts API, on Pro ($49 a month) and up, with a licence to send the sheets to clients.Published October 13, 2026Who it is for
Independent advisers, wealth managers, family offices and distributors who recommend funds they do not manage. The fund house's own factsheet has its logo, its layout and its marketing angle, and every house prints a different one, so two funds never compare at a glance. A white-label sheet puts every fund in one layout, under your name.
It is not a tool for an asset manager producing the official factsheet of its own fund from its own accounting data: FundFacts API reads the documents the fund house has already published.

Pro is $49 a month (VAT included) for 1,000 requests, about 500 PDF factsheets a month. Pro has a 7-day free trial, template included, so you can see your own brand on a real sheet before paying (card required, cancel before day 7 and pay nothing).
Set up your template in five minutes
- Create an account. Sign up with an e-mail address or Google, free and with no card. Templates come with Pro, free for 7 days (card required).
- Open Factsheets, then Template. Upload your logo (PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF or SVG), pick your colour, font and header style, and tick the sections you send.
- Add your contact line and disclaimer. They print at the foot of every sheet in place of the standard notice and the FundFacts line.
- Make a sheet. Search the fund by name or paste its ISIN, preview the page, then download the PDF, copy its link or the embed code.
- Reuse it everywhere. Every later sheet, book and client report comes out in the same template, from the dashboard, the API or Claude and ChatGPT.
What the page holds
Key facts and the ongoing charge, the 1 to 7 risk indicator with volatility, Sharpe ratio and maximum drawdown, the top holdings with their weights, sector, country and asset-class breakdowns, growth of 100 against the benchmark, calendar-year and annualised returns, and the date the figures are as of. Sections a fund does not disclose are left out rather than printed empty. The factsheet page has a sample PDF to see the layout.
Where the figures come from
From the documents the fund's management company publishes for that share class: product page, monthly factsheet, PRIIPs KID and, where available, holdings and NAV files. They are re-read at most every 24 hours, and each sheet freezes the figures when it is made and prints their date. A sheet is an independent summary, not the fund's official document: apply your compliance rules to it as to anything you send a client.
More than one sheet
- Monthly factsheet books: save the list of funds you recommend; the sheets are regenerated in your template every month behind one link (how it works).
- Client portfolio reports: a client's funds and weights become one branded PDF with look-through, overlap and weighted fees, then a page per fund (how reports work).
- The API:
POST /api/v1/factsheetswith an ISIN returns the PDF or its links, in your saved template, to build a whole pack from a script.
Frequently asked questions
What is a white-label fund factsheet?
A one-page summary of a fund (fees, risk, holdings, exposure, returns) printed under the brand of the firm that sends it rather than the data provider's, so an adviser can hand clients sheets for funds from many houses in one consistent layout.
Can I remove the FundFacts branding?
Yes, from Pro ($49 a month): the saved template replaces the "Powered by FundFacts API" line with your own contact line and disclaimer. On Free and Starter the header can carry your name and colour, with the FundFacts API line at the foot.
Can I send the factsheets to my clients?
Yes: Pro and up include a commercial licence to send the sheets to clients. Free and Starter are for your own use.
Which funds can I make a white-label factsheet for?
UCITS funds, ETFs and other open-end funds whose management company publishes a product page, factsheet and KID, by ISIN. The coverage page lists the fund houses read today. A fund not covered yet can be made from its KID or factsheet PDF that you upload.
Is it the fund's official factsheet?
No. It is an independent summary laid out from the issuer's published documents, dated, with your disclaimer. The official KID stays the document you must hand over before a subscription.
Can I generate branded factsheets in bulk?
Yes, by saving the funds as a list (a monthly book regenerates every sheet), by building a client report of up to 50 funds, or by calling the factsheet endpoint once per ISIN from a script.
