Terms of Service

1. The service

FundFacts API provides programmatic access to aggregated, publicly available fund and ETF information. Access is granted through personal API keys issued to registered accounts and is subject to the request quotas of the selected plan.

2. Acceptable use

You may use the data inside your own applications, analyses and reports, including commercial ones. You may not resell or redistribute the raw dataset as a competing data feed, share API keys between organisations, or attempt to circumvent quotas.

3. No investment advice

All data is provided for informational purposes only, without warranty of accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Nothing in the service constitutes investment, legal or tax advice. Always verify figures against the official fund documents before relying on them.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled from the billing portal. Enterprise usage is metered at the agreed per-request rate and invoiced monthly. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; upstream sources may be temporarily unavailable. We may update the API, the schema (with versioning) and these terms; material changes will be announced by e-mail.
