# Fund factsheet software in 2026: for asset managers, and for advisers

Fund factsheet software comes in two kinds. Asset managers producing the official factsheet of their own funds from their own data use Kurtosys, FE fundinfo, Fundpeak TopSheets or Ocellics, priced on request or per fund. Advisers and wealth managers who need a sheet for any fund they recommend, under their own brand, use a tool that already holds third-party fund data: FundFacts API (self-serve, from any ISIN, free plan), Morningstar's or FE's adviser suites, or Quantalys in France.

## First question: whose funds?

**Your own funds.** An asset manager publishes the official monthly factsheet of each fund and share class, from its own accounting, performance and holdings data, often in several languages and through an approval workflow. The software connects to that data and fills branded templates. It does not know any fund you do not feed it.

**Funds you do not manage.** An adviser, wealth manager or distributor recommends funds from many houses and wants one sheet per fund in one layout, under the firm's name, without typing the figures. The software must already hold the data of third-party funds, by ISIN.

Most "factsheet software" results are of the first kind. If you are an adviser, the second list is yours.

## How to choose

- **You manage the funds:** Kurtosys or FE fundinfo for a large range with approvals and many languages; Fundpeak if you have a handful of funds and want to start this week.
- **You advise on funds and already pay for Morningstar, FE Analytics or Quantalys:** use their reports; check whether you can remove their branding and send them to clients.
- **You advise on funds and want a branded one-pager for any ISIN without a research licence:** FundFacts API, then compare its sheet with what you send today.

### What is fund factsheet software?

Software that lays out the one-page summary of a fund (key facts, fees, risk, holdings, exposure, performance) from data, so it does not have to be built by hand every month. Asset managers use it for their own funds; advisers use tools that already hold third-party fund data.

### Can I make a factsheet for a fund I do not manage?

Yes, with a tool that holds third-party fund data: FundFacts API for any UCITS fund or ETF by ISIN, or the report builders of Morningstar, FE Analytics or Quantalys if you hold their licence. Production tools for asset managers (Kurtosys, FE fundinfo production, Fundpeak, Ocellics) only know the data you feed them.
